Adela Ponce, 19, of Roswell, scheduled to appear April 19 for sentencing on charges of battery against a household member, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance.
Charles Davis, 27, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation and failure to pay fines. Sentenced to 364 days in ECDC.

Judy Ann Carrillo found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to 15 days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $229. In a separate ruling, Carrillo was found guilty of failure to appear. Sentenced to 15 days in the Artesia Detention Center. Total fines and fees $129.
Charges of DWI dismissed against Jamie L. Bob.
Sonia L. Garcia found guilty of DWI. Sentenced to one year of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $489. A charge of lighted lamps required was dismissed.
Stephanie N. Kirkpatrick found guilty of failure to comply with conditions of supervised probation. Sentenced to 54 days in the Artesia Detention Center.
Christina Lopez found guilty of failure to appear on summons for failure to pay fines. Sentenced to 14 days in the Artesia Detention Center.
Tabita M. Acosta found guilty of failure to comply with conditions of supervised probation. Sentenced to 63 days in the Artesia Detention Center.
Valerie L. Miller found guilty of failure to appear for arraignment. Total fines and fees $129.
