Volunteers Will Swoyer and Sarah Long assemble a bicycle at the Artesia Center Saturday morning as part of the assembly event for Ride for Bikes, a nonprofit charity that provides bicycles to area children. Bikes will be loaded on trailers and delivered to children who made Christmas cards to send to wounded soldiers at the VA Hospital in Albuquerque.
