Joe Brown of Andrews, Texas, dusts off his 1955 Ford Crown Victoria early Saturday morning during the 14th annual Artesia Car Enthusiasts and Artesia Main Street Main Event Show and Cruise at Heritage Plaza in Downtown Artesia.
