Big changes are coming… to the roundabout in front of the Artesia Public Library!
Artesia MainStreet has been hard at work over the past several months to create a design that captures the spirit of youth and the importance of reading and education in a new statue called “The Foundation.” Young adults are perched on the statue reading, the base of which is stacks of books.
