Third arrest made in Wallace murder

A third arrest has been made in connection with the Jan. 2 murder of Artesia resident Timothy Wallace.
Donald Ybarra, 33, of Carlsbad, was arrested Jan. 30 in Carlsbad and charged with an open count of murder, as well as conspiracy to commit robbery and aggravated burglary and tampering with evidence. … For the rest of the story, subscribe in print and on the web.
Ybarra was taken into custody by Carlsbad Police Department officers after a warrant was obtained from the Artesia Police Department for credit card fraud.
