Two vehicles sit incapacitated Sunday between the intersections of Seventh Street and Quay Avenue and Seventh and Main Street near Central Park. The accident reportedly occurred when the grey Saturn pictured above left, which was travelling east on Quay, failed to stop at the Seventh Street intersection and collided with the silver GMC SUV pictured above right.
