Scouts and other local girls work to piece together glowing jewelry Friday evening during the Girl Scouts of the Desert Southwest’s Back-to-School GlowFest at the Artesia Program Center. The girls enjoyed an evening of crafts, games and snacks under a colorful neon glow.
