Christmas is over… wondering what to do with all the empty present boxes? Offering assistance is Artesia Car Parts. Owned by Ken Newton and wife Jo, a former president of the B.P.O.E. Does, the local businesses donates proceeds from the recycling of cardboard to the Does for the purchase of service dogs for the blind or hearing impaired.
The couple have been heading up the recycling program for several years, as they know the importance and benefit of recycling.
