Memorial services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 31, at Terpening & Son Chapel for Gail Annette “Nana” Weis of Corpus Christi, Texas.

Weis, 67, passed away Monday, May 22, 2017, in Texas.

Pastor Michael Elliott will officiate at the services, with a private family burial of cremated remains to be held at a later date at Woodbine Cemetery.

Gail was born March 31, 1950, in Slaton, Texas, to William B. and Peggy Ann (Boyle) Miller.

On June 7, 1994, she married Dale Weis in Wasilla, Alaska.

Gail was a homemaker and a member of Most Precious Blood Catholic Church in Corpus Christi. She was also a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Her main love in life was being able to spend time with her family and all of her grandchildren.

Survivors include her husband, Dale Weis, of the family home; daughters Lori Terry and husband Lynn of Artesia, Sarah Webb of Cambridge, Md., and Ashley Fields and husband Joseph of Lake Arthur; sisters Judy Kuykendall and Sharon Barber, both of Artesia; grandchildren Danielle, Carlie, Heather, Derek and Jacena; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a son-in-law, Rodney Webb.
