Madron, 68, passed away Wednesday, May 24, 2017, in Artesia.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Terpening & Son Mortuary.
Nora was born Dec. 19, 1948, in Artesia, the daughter of George and Geraldean Johnson.
On Dec. 27, 1993, she married Rick Madron.
She was a lifelong resident of Artesia, a homemaker, family rancher, and loving wife and mother.
Survivors include her husband, Rick Madron, of Artesia; son Jon Solt and wife Donna Kay of Lake Arthur; daughter Ellen Bovkoon and husband Myron of Brownfield, Texas; grandchildren Amanda Cabe and husband Justin of Brownfield, Shelby Bennett and husband Matt of Lubbock, Texas, and Haley Solt, Donna Marie Solt and Jon Warren Solt, all of Artesia; great-grandson Tucker Ray Cabe of Brownfield; sister Marie Johnson of Albuquerque; nephew Zane Sullivan of Albuquerque; and niece Megan Johnson of Albuquerque.
