It may look as though the Artesia Historical Museum is inaccessible to visitors for the next three to four weeks, but museum manager Nancy Dunn assures the public the facility is still open for business. The museum, which is housed in the historic Moore-Ward home, has not received a paint update since 1999 but is being refreshed now. It remains available to visitors during normal hours: 9 a.m. – noon and 1-5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and 1-5 p.m. Saturdays.
