A new, privately owned veterans’ outpatient clinic currently under construction at 2410 E. Main St. is slated for a mid-April completion. Negotiations began one year ago December with the Veterans Administration, and dirt work began in August 2013. Glen Garcia of Management Systems Inc. of Albuquerque will lease the facility to the Veterans Administration. He says the site will actually house two facilities. The front building will serve as the clinic with 14 exam rooms and is approximately 7,000 square feet.
