James M. Ford, 30, of Artesia, found guilty of aggravated DWI (first offense). Sentenced to two days in ECDC and one year of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $441. Charges of negligent use of a deadly weapon and failure to maintain traffic lanes were dismissed by the prosecutor.
Armida Salas, 59, of Artesia, scheduled to appear July 12 for non-jury trial on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing.
Joseph Fuentes, 20, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation and failure to pay fines. Sentenced to 161 days in ECDC.
Eric L. Grado, 39, of Artesia, scheduled to appear July 13 for pretrial conference on charges of battery against a household member.
Jaime L. Duran, 52, of Artesia, found guilty of speeding (16-20 mph). Total fines and fees $226.
