Services were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, for Domingo Salas Jr. of 701 Cleveland Ave., Artesia.
Salas, 60, passed away Friday, Nov. 20, 2015, at his home.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Terpening & Son Mortuary.
Salas was born Aug. 28, 1955, in Artesia, the son of Domingo Salas and Tomasa (Delgado) Salas. He came to Artesia in 1995 from Arizona.
On July 2, 2022, he married Christena Miller in Artesia.
He was a cement finisher and a Christian.
Survivors include his wife, Christena Salas, of Artesia; sons Jacob Miller and Antonio Miller, both of Needles, Ariz.; daughters Chelsea Miller of California, Stephanie Strode of Cortez, Stephanie De La Jose of Las Vegas, Nev., and Victoria Miller of Oregon; brothers Tommy Salas and Ernest Salas, both of Tucson, Ariz., and Jimmy Salas and Eddy Salas, both of Artesia; sister Yolanda Grado of Phoenix, Ariz.; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Virginia Granado.
