Artesia General Hospital will be vaccinating thousands of residents over the next several weeks, and you can help those hardworking jabbers streamline the process.Once you have registered at cvvaccine.nmhealth.org and been contacted to schedule an appointment, be sure to use your confirmation number to log back into your registration profile and FILL OUT ALL SECTIONS!
You can fill out the Profile section of your registration at any time and can complete the Medical Questionnaire under the Appointment section of your registration on the day of your appointment. Doing this prior to your appointment will make the process smoother and quicker for both you and AGH staff, as those who have not filled out the Medical Questionnaire in advance will have to do so on-site.
