Employees of Artesia General Hospital’s Human Resources Department and representatives of Grammy’s House pose this morning at AGH with one of the wreaths hospital employees made in December to raise funds for the local domestic violence shelter. All hospital departments participated in a wreath-making contest, displaying their 26 creations throughout the hospital in a silent auction. Proceeds of $963 were donated go Grammy’s House. Celina Bryant, Grammy’s House executive director, said the shelter was able to purchase “a few extras for their clients at Christmastime,” including food and “a little something for the mothers.” Pictured from left are Ana Zamora, Grammy’s legal advocate, Bryant, and AGH Human Resources employees Patti White, Kim Harris, Evangelina Kremidas and Christie Johnson.
