ARTESIA – Artesia Public Schools will be holding a breakfast to welcome the new certified staff for APS on Thursday morning.

Those being welcomed to their new positions include: Lauryn Waits, speech lanquage pathologist, Special Education Department; Vanessa Rolston, apprentice speech language pathologist, Special Education Department; Yanet Montelongo, school counselor/social worker, Artesia High School; Joan Mondragon, SPED inclusion math teacher, Artesia High School, Dominie Dew, math/science teacher, Park Junior High; Aubany Porter, D­level SPED teacher, Park Junior High; Loretta Lawson, English teacher, Park Junior High; Erin Allen, science teacher, Park Junior High; Amy Morrison, math teacher, Park Junior High; Casey Crandall, science teacher/coach, Park Junior High; Jessica Zottneck, math teacher, Park Junior High; Courtni Callaway, SPED inclusion teacher, Park Junior High; Billy Mondragon, social studies teacher/coach, Zia Intermediate; Michaele Torres, third grade teacher, Roselawn Elementary; Elizabeth Parra, fifth grade teacher, Roselawn Elementary; Tara Gomez, fifth grade teacher, Yeso Elementary; Alise Mullen, school nurse, Yeso Elementary; and Susan Miller, fourth grade teacher, Hermosa Elementary.
