Brittney Nicole Luna, 24, of Artesia, found guilty of battery upon a household member. Sentenced to 728 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $123.
Teresa Gilbert, 49, of Artesia, found guilty of aggravated DWI (first offense), failure to obey traffic signal, stop or yield at intersection, and open container. Sentenced to two days in ECDC and 264 days of supervised probation. Total fines and fees $769.
Edward M. Canales, 19, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to 132 days in ECDC and 232 days ofsupervised probation. Total fines and fees $100.
Justin Belbey, 32, of Artesia, scheduled to appear Feb. 3, 2016, for pretrial hearing on charges of aggravated DWI and failure to give immediate notice of an accident.
Patricia Galvan, 54, of Artesia, found guilty of probation violation. Sentenced to 140 days in ECDC and 42 days of supervised probation. In a separate ruling, Galvan was found guilty of failure to pay fines. Sentenced to three days in ECDC.
Charges of aggravated battery against a household member dismissed with prejudice against Angelica Cortez, 53, of Artesia.
Jerry Patterson, 34, of Dexter, scheduled to appear Feb. 3, 2016, for pretrial conference on charges of aggravated DWI and no driver’s license.
Jared Speir, of Artesia, found guilty of driving on a revoked license. Sentenced to seven days in ECDC. Total fines and fees $431.

Saira L. Aguilar found guilty of careless driving and operators and chauffeurs must be licensed. Total fines and fees $133.

Charges of driving on streets laned for traffic dismissed with prejudice against Jamie I. Rios.
Brandon L. Jimenez found guilty of contempt of court, failure to pay fines. Sentenced to 2.5 days in the Artesia Detention Center.
